Ben is dedicated to supporting the people of the automotive industry, providing support for life for them & their family dependents. Ben works with people to improve their lives by enhancing their health & wellbeing through its free & confidential online self-help, helpline and support services.

Story

On the 5th June the Manheim cycling team will be putting on their lycra and cycling the 2nd stage of the Tour de France which is 165kms from Auray to Brieuc. The ride will be split over 2 days and will be approx 55 miles per day.

The cylce ride is in aid of 2 worthy charities, BEN the Motor Industry Benevolent Fund and Nottingham Queens Hospital Intensive Care unit which is run by Ian Farquhar who is one of  the cyclists.

The other cyclists consist of John Bailey, John Blobner, Paul Hill, Alex Wright, Jamie Scott, Michael Goddard, Dave Anthony, Simon Joyce, Matthew Davock,  Rob McCarthy, Matt Lewis,and Ian Stuart who are all from Manheim, Steve Gilbertson - Motor Vehicle Technology, Paul Owens - Helphire, Chris Shambrook - Ford, Paul Nash - VW, Phil Bastow - Masterlease, Kevin Swallow Commercial Motor, Ed Spitzer - Enterprise, Adrian McCarthy - RAC , Ed Page, Gary Price. Plus the support team who are Dave Berry, Andy Paine and Hayley Warrington.
