We've done it !!!!

In the wind and rain we ran the 10 long miles of the BUPA Great South Run in Portsmouth in 1 hour 34 minutes.  It was knackering but a really great day. 

I am thrilled to have raised the amount we have for Alzheimer's Research and amazed at your generous support - thank you all SOOOO very much.  

That will be the last mile I run for a while.... !
