As a total non-runner, entering the London Marathon was a huge challenge and commitment for me and hopefully by April 26th my training will have been enough to complete the course still standing! 

The London Marathon is the single biggest charity raising event in the world and the charity I have chosen to support is Bliss, the UK's only special care baby charity.  My sister Sally lost her little boy, Jack, 14 years ago when he was born 12 weeks premature and prematurity is far more common than most people think.  One in eight of all newborns in the UK needs specialist care; yet all too often, the right support just isn't there.
