Dear friends,

As you all know neither of us are known for our sporting prowess!  However, on this occasion we are rising to the challenge.  At midnight on 4th July 2009 we are taking part in a 10k walk in aid of St Oswald's Hospice. 

The hospice is a cause very dear to Louise's heart and has been since the death of her mother in 2001. "The hospice gave my mother great care. She was a strong , loving lady who was able to die with great dignity in the comfort and care of St Oswald's." 

We hope to raise at least £1000 for this great charity.  So, please think of us braving an alternative night out on 'the toon' and do support us.
