The Stars Appeal raises funds for additional state-of-the-art equipment and facilities over and above those which the NHS provides for all wards and departments at Salisbury District Hospital. Our current major goal is the Caring 4 Kids campaign which aims to provide additional equipment and facilities within the planned new Children's Unit at Salisbury District Hospital. The Unit will benefit thousands of children from across Wiltshire, Dorset and Hampshire every year. For more information visit www.starsappeal.org

I've been wanting to run the London Marathon for a while now and I've finally been given the opportunity. The stars appeal is my charity as I've seen where the money goes first hand and its very worthy. I want to raise as much money as possible to allow them to get some new equipment.
