Raising money for Salisbury District Hospital Stars Appeal

The Stars Appeal raises money to create the best possible experience for the 300,000 people who rely on Salisbury District Hospital. We fund extra care and equipment over and above that provided by the NHS. The Appeal benefits all wards and departments and also raises money for specific major projects. We're currently raising £1.5million through our Caring 4 Kids campaign to make life better for thousands of local children in Hospital by helping to fund a new Children's Unit, a dedicated children's area in the Accident and Emergency department and a family accommodation unit for the parents of premature babies. Being a glutton for punishment and the fact that I did enjoy it first time round. I am running the London Marathon for the second time this year! I wanted to again raise money for a local charity and in view of what has happened to people I know this year,I have decided to raise money for The Salisbury Hospicecare trust.They do amazing work, helping people during a diffcult time. So please, please, help me to raise as much money as possible to allow them to continue helping people in their time of need.
