Hello! 

I am running the Cardiff half marathon...Yes I know what you're thinking "Jonesy running. Are you mental". But yes it is true and all for a good cause... 

I am raising money for an excellent non profit charity called SOS Africa. They take a hands on approach and equip children with the educational tools they need, not only to make a difference to their own society, but to have a chance to fulfill their own dreams. 

I had my first training session yesterday and it was reminiscent of the film 'Run Fat Boy Run' so Ive got just over a month to transform this wobbily mess into an cardio/aerobic fighting machine. 

Even the smallest donation makes a difference so please give what you can.
