I will be taking part in the London to Brighton Bike ride on the 15th of June 2008. This sounds like a leisurely ride through the Sussex countryside, but it is a very hilly 56-mile ride with the opportunity to crash into thousands of other bike riders. The final hill over to Brighton is a killer.
