Story
My brother James and I, along with our mate Pete, will be cycling from Lowestoft to Land's End, unsupported, over five days in June (come rain or shine).
This means averaging about 100 miles a day, while carrying all of our kit, food, drink and spares. Pete is an RAF Officer, so the RAF has been kind enough to allow us to kip at service buildings along the route - which will take us from Lowestoft to Huntingdon then on to Oxford, Yeovil (Oxford to Yeovil is the longest leg), Okehampton and, finally, Land's End.
Supernova Cycles in Newbury has kindly agreed to sponsor us by providing us with a servicing and spares package. Our legs may let us down, but our bike's wont!
We will start on Sunday 3rd June after staying in Lowestoft on Saturday 2nd, and we aim to arrive at Land's End on Thursday 7th June.
James and I have a younger sister, Emily, who has a number of disabilities and is often a guest at Naomi House, where they look after her extremely well and give my parents the occasional well-deserved break. They have fantastic staff and I know she's always happy to be there.
This page is for all three of us, so please sponsor us accordingly to help us raise as much money as we can for this deserving charity.
Thanks very much everyone! If you make sure we've got your email address, we'll send you a link to photos and videos from the ride afterwards.
