<p><strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</span></strong></p> <p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong><em>Team Members: Tara Carpenter, Jakki Marr, Nicky Tarrant, Nicola Stone</em></strong></span></p> <p><span style="color: #339966;"><strong><em><span style="color: #339966;">We aim as a team to walk 40km each (approx... 25 miles) on the picturesque South Downs in West Sussex. We will be starting at 7:30am and hoping to finish by 4:00pm. We are all at different levels of fitness but we will be spurring each other on to complete the walk. </span></em></strong></span></p> <p><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong><em>We've joined together to raise money for the BUJAGLAI TRUST in UGANDA. You'll see our team fundraising target above. Your donation can really help us achieve this goal. If we are fortunate enough to exceed this goal it would be marvellous! Why? Well, it would enable us to assist with larger projects in school communities in Uganda. Every little helps.</em></strong></span></p> <p><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong><em>In October 2010 a group from Leighton Park travelled to Jinja, Uganda to work in a school community helping to build a new kitchen, renovate classrooms, paint buildings, assemble new desks, construct new sporting equipment and run sports coaching sessions. They were welcomed into the community by incredibly happy, but very poor children many of whom had no shoes and only the clothes that they came to school in.</em></strong></span></p> <p><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong><em>Our fundraising effort is designed to assist this group so that they may have all the equipment required to complete a number of worthy community project whilst in Uganda. More importantly, the results of the work leave lasting benefits for hundreds of poor children who would otherwise go without.
