Story

FIVE COUNTRY CYCLE CHALLENGE - LTSB 2008

The challenge is to cycle from Valenciennes in Northern France to Montreux in Switzerland via Belgium,Luxembourg and Germany.

Thank you for visiting the sponsorship page for the 2008 Cycle Challenge, being completed by the  LTSB Commercial Southampton Area Cycle Team which consists of David Knight, David Hawkins, Tim Straker and Dave Tatley.

The challenge is to cycle from Northern France to Lake Geneva in just three days.

Friday - the team cycles through France Belgium & Luxembourg, covering 180 miles.

Saturday -  The team continues it's journey from Luxembourg back into France & finishing the day in Freiburg, Germany. 185 miles to cover in total on this day.

Sunday -  Starting in Germany then heading into Switzerland with a finish at Montreux, on the shores of Lake Geneva The Shortest day..but hilliest.

The team are all very excited by the journey that lies ahead, and are also looking forward to raising lots of money for good causes. So please sponsor us now and dig deep
