<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>I have worked for Outreach 3 Way for over 8 years and I am&nbsp;very proud of the work we do.&nbsp; We support adults with learning disabilities to live the lives they want and support them to achieve their personal goals and ambitions.</p> <p>However I am sure that you cannot have failed to notice in the news that the social care sector like many other sectors is suffering in the current economic climate, and that means that as a Charity we are having to make our limited resources go further and further.&nbsp;</p> <p>At our Ifield site in Crawley we provide a small day service for people with profound and complex needs.&nbsp; That means not only do they have a learning disability but they can often have complex health needs as well, and often limited means of communication.&nbsp;</p> <p>Opportunity to access a lot of our community based activities can sometimes be limited due to a whole range of reasons like safety, peoples health, or just their ability to cope with new enviornments. That is why we have spent some time&nbsp;researching and we have found out about some amazing equipment that can be used by anyone!&nbsp; It is called an interactive floor projection system and to see it is to believe it!&nbsp; If you need further convincing go to <a href="http://www.om-interactive.com">www.om-interactive.com</a> for more info.&nbsp; We know that this equipment will be well used as we have already tried it out and it was a GREAT sucess.&nbsp; However it comes at a price, of over &pound;10K.&nbsp; We have already raised &pound;3125 and so I need your help in reaching the 10k challenge by sponsoring me to walk a 100k challenge!</p> <p>On the 12th May I will be walking from London to Brighton, this will take me about 20 hours and it really is the biggest challenge of my life!</p> <p>If you would like to know how I am doing then you can follow me on twitter @lu-dash</p>
