I am participating in a 12 mile midnight walk on 20th June to raise money for the Hospice of St Francis which provides special care for people with terminal illness.  Unfortunately, my brother is terminally ill and the Hospice is providing much needed support to him and his family.  It costs £3m a year to run the Hospice of which only 25% is funded by the Government - for the rest they are dependent on the goodwill of the community. Hence I thought I would join in the midnight walk and make a difference!
