Mid Life Crisis Looming....

I have talked about it for years and there are only two years left before the big FOUR '0'  so now is the time. Plus it is only 4 years till Adam's first sport's day and I need to get in training to make sure I win the Dad's hundred metre dash. 

Why Missing People?

I've chosen to run for the charity 'Missing People'. Missing People is the only charity in the UK that works with young runaways, missing and unidentified people, their families and others who care for them. They are a small charity with a growing profile who will gain significant benefit from the money I am able to raise which will go towards key services supporting both missing people and their families.
