On the 5th  June 2011, I will be taking part in a 5 mile walk (pushing a pram!!!!!) in order to raise money for the British Liver Trust.

Specifically, to fund research into ‘Cholangiocarcinoma’. Aiming to help earlier diagnosis.

Carole and I have been friend for a number of years and that’s how I met her parents Gordon and Margret. Over those years I had the good fortune of socialising with the Dunse family on a number of occasions….. birthdays, skiing holidays, parties to name but a few!  

Margaret had lived with the liver disease called PSC for 16 years and last year developed Cholangiocarcinoma. She died within 6 weeks of becoming ill.
