<p>Lucy: I ran 10 miles on 21/11/10 to raise money for the Vision Charity who help blind and visually impaired children through buying equipment, providing services and skills.&nbsp;I also raised money for my visit to Swaziland, Africa in February 2009 so I know firsthand the impact any amount of money can help those less fortunate than ourselves.</p> <p>Rob: I organised a charity walk and raffle to take place on 21/11/10. We walked 10km along the Algarve coastline and finished at a restaurant where the raffle took place. Many close friends and family attended and I was very grateful for not only the turn out but also the raffle prizes generously donated by members of the local community.</p> <p>Please donate as much as you can as it would mean so much. The run and walk were hard work, but they were well worth it!</p>
