I managed to complete it in 3 hours 34 mins 1 sec which I am very chuffed with.Your sponsorship  really spurred me on when life was getting rather suboptimal at around 21 miles on 13/4/08.

St David's Foundation Hospice care relies almost exclusively on voluntary contributions which makes your sponsorship even more important to help patients in Torfaen, Monmouthshire, Newport and Caerphilly who are suffering from terminal illness. The community nurses are experts in palliative care and your contributions will allow this service to continue which provides so much support and comfort to patients and their families.
