I'm running this year's Virgin London Marathon for two charities - one of which is the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

I wanted to run for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust to do something in memory of my lovely friend Lindi Hill.  Lindi was one of the most beautiful, funny, kind, intelligent and giving people you could ever wish to meet.  She had the filthiest, most infectious laugh in the world and she is missed very much.  I'll be thinking of her on every training run I do.

The Cystic Fibrosis Trust supports excellence in research and clinical care, as well as providing practical support and advice to people with Cystic Fibrosis and their families.
