On a drab and dreary Monday morning I decided it was time for change!

Time to take on a new challenge and one that would really put me through my paces.....time to give something back. 

So I am running in the in the Royal Parks Half Marathon on Sunday 12th October 2008 in order to raise money for Changing Faces.
