Everyone know's that I am usually a runner but this year I fancied a new challenge. I have decided with my friends to cycle from London to Paris to show that you really can do anything that you set your mind to. Hopefully I will also get a little bit fitter in the process, fingers crossed!! I also love Paris...any excuse!!! 

4 days, 300 miles and a very sore backside!

I am donating to The Alzheimers Scociety for all the fantastic work they do supporting the families and sufferers of this cruel disease. If you need anymore encouragement to donate, imagine your parent or loved one losing their memory to the point where they don't even know you, their moods completely changing and having problems with their communicating and reasoning, all things that came naturally before.

Today I cycled 23 miles, so what better time to set up my Just Giving Page. Please dig deep and support me on my journey to make life that little bit easier for others.
