On the 11th October I will be running The Royal Parks Half Marathon to raise money for The Royal Marsden Hospital whose pioneering research is changing lives.

As most of you already know, the work of The Royal Marsden is very close to our hearts. It is at the very forefront of devising new and innovative ways of diagnosing and treating patients with all forms of cancer.

I am running alongside 40 friends in an attempt to raise around £15,000 for the Royal Marsden and with your help we hope to smash that target.

This cause means so much to me and I would be so grateful for any amount you can spare to give to this fantastic charity.
