Dear All,

I have foolishly volunteered to run the London Marathon in April 2009 to raise money for Boost Charitable Trust (www.boostct.org).  Training is well under way and I now know why I've always hated running - it's tedious, monotonous and painful so any pennies you can spare will be really appreciated and I'm sure spur me on.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure.  It's also the most efficient way to sponsor me; Boost gets your money faster and if you're a taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

I would be extremely grateful for any support you are able to give.
