Story
Thank you for visiting my page. I am running the London Marathon in April 07 to raise money for the National Osteoporosis Society, which, as many of you will know, is what my grandfather, Bonnie Dean, suffered from for several years. There is nowhere near enough awareness of this debilitating disease, nor enough treatment and care available.
I will be grateful for any contribution. Absolutely anything will be much appreciated. Please help me to raise the target sum so that I can run this. This is something I feel so strongly about and I would love the opportunity to represent this disease and contribute to any further research and treatment.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: National Osteoporosis Society will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you. Alternatively, you can choose to pay me after the event. If, for some reason, I do a Jade Goody, I can refund you the money you sponsored. But with a spot of luck I'll make it. I have started a gruelling training schedule already and bloody hell it's going to be a long year!
So please sponsor me now! I need to raise a whopping £1300 in order to reach the set target so all your pennies help. Oh, and feel free to come back any time you're feeling a bit flush and have a few pounds to spare.
Many thanks for your support. If you have any problems donating please call 0800 028 6183. If you would like to send a cheque or cash or have any other queries then please get in touch.
