On the 19th April 2009 along with some of my nutty colleagues I shall be abseiling from the Forth Rail Bridge.   It will be a fabulous experience and all for a worhwhile cause.  If you haven't heard of Momentum then why not log onto www.momentumscotland.org and have a look at the good work they do.
