Thank you to everbody who has sponsored me and helped raise money for this fantastic charity.

The Marathon was a fantastic experience and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anybody who fancies giving it a go.  You don't have to be a runner - I certainly couldn't have done it 6 months ago - but with a structured training program, a few months is adequate to get your body used to longer distances.  I completed the course in 4 hours, 5 minutes and 30 seconds, which I'm really proud of.  I'd love to break the 4 hours mark though, so maybe there will be a next time...
