Hello. The last time I ran anywhere was about 10 years ago, but I am running in the London 10K to raise money for Meningitis UK. Partly because I need the exercise, but also because my friend Charlie had to spend about a year in hospital because of meningitis. I need to raise at least £450 to take part so please sponsor me with whatever you can afford.
