The "lushes on the run" training for the Cheltenham 10k has been going well for both of us, although running up the Evesham Road on hot sunny evenings has been horrible! We are both feeling confident about the run and are pleased to be raising money for such a fantastic charity. 

We would be so pleased if you would sponsor us and give us your messages of support (we will need them!).  We will be celebrating in style after the race as you would expect! xx
