So, by now you should be aware that I, along with Jon and Duncan, will be doing wheelies throughout the Yucatan peninsula in Mexico in November. We will be covering 479km in 6 days and as a novice to this cycling malarkey the training is quite a challenge!

By risking saddle sore I am hoping to raise money for Adopt Sri Lanka, funded by Children in Crisis, who are still supplying education and shelter to those in the south of the country affected by the Boxing Day tsunami. After living in Sri Lanka and learning how generous and kind-hearted the people I met were, I feel I should help give something back. I am paying for the trip to Mexico myself so all money raised will go directly to Adopt Sri Lanka.
