Welcome to Sixth Form College’s  Supply Chain page!

You’ve probably read or heard the awesome tales about the 2009 Luton Sixth Form Volunteer's time in If not check out their blog here... and read more about their project here.

Being back in the UK, they continue to support and promote ‘their sister-community’ by asking people to make donations through The Great Generation Supply Chain (this page).
Where to start?!

We invite YOU to build on the solid foundations already laid and nurture this community so they may grow and become independent by donating to the Supply Chain. This is where you can see how much you give and what impact it can make… there’s no sum too small and there’s definitely no sum too big – all donations are welcome!

There are few small items (soap, books, lunch items, school fees) that can make the world of difference to the community in which they were working.

You can also support the hugely important micro-finance initiative led by a group of Grannies (Jjajas in Lugandan) who make crafts, beads, mats and other exquisite items.

What is The Great Generation Supply Chain?

The Supply Chain is a unique way for our volunteers to become ambassadors for the local communities whom they have lived and worked with during their project.

The Supply Chain items which are identified by the project team are advertised on our website. Individuals can donate through this JustGiving page with the knowledge that these items have been identified by the volunteers and that the money will go directly to the community for that purpose.

The Supply Chain is a great initiative and gives donors the opportunity to make a big difference to the everyday lives of local people in these communities.
