WOOHOO!!! on Sunday morning i successfully ran the Women's 10k (without stopping might i add!!) along with Sandra- the atmosphere was amazing, the weather ideal and along with 12, 000 others we ran, and ran, and ran... My final race time was 1 hour, 13 mins, 13 seconds precisely! :)

Stop the Traffik is an amazing charity who work tirelessly to raise awareness and bring freedom to the 2.4 million people (1.2 million of which are children) who every year are bought and sold into slavery across the world.
The work they do is making a real difference and the money they raise goes directly to help stop the sale of people, to see the traffickers prosecuted and to protect the victims of human trafficking and those vulnerable to this crime.
