Since we have been living together for some time and have accumulated all the household goods we need we’d be really grateful if you could make a donation to Mary’s Meals as a wedding gift.
Mary’s Meals is a charity that is very close to our hearts.
Alex has followed the progress and growth of the charity since Magnus and Fergus first started Scottish International Relief with a landrover load of aid to the former state of back in the early Nineties.
He then spent 9 months as a volunteer with the charity in 2004-2005 in so has first hand experience of the great work they do and we were both fortunate enough to visit again in 2009.
We would recommend a visit to their website (www.marysmeals.org) for more information on the great work they do and details of how so much of any donation to them is spent on the ground and not on administration, overheads etc.
