About me- My name is Lynn Smith and i am 31 yrs old and after a number of years of battling the 'flab' i have just lost 3 st in weight and plan to loose more. This has given me a new lease of life and i now run 3/4 times a week and like Forest Gump i just cant seem to stop!!lol. The great north run is my way of combining my 2 loves - running and raising money for a very good cause.
