My mum died from a heart attack on March 4th 2011 due to alcoholism. I've decided to take part in an event called Tough Mudder which is a 10-12 mile obstacle course. It sounds easy, but from the look of it, it's far from that.

I would be grateful if you could donate anything, even a few pounds to this charity. Addaction try and help those who are affected by drug and alcohol problems. They tried to help my mum for years.
