You may not be aware, but my sister Tricia works for a hospice for terminally ill children called "Francis House" in Manchester.  The hospice does wonderful work to improve the lives of, and bring moments of happiness to, children who are seriously ill with no hope of a cure.

Francis House is run purely on charitable donations and it would mean a great deal to me if, in preference to buying a present, you were able to make a donation to support the tremendous work that my sister and the hospice undertake.
