Story

Hello,

My name is Lynne Barber,

I am running the Virgin London Marathon 2010 for a well deserving charity - The Mulberry Centre.
The Mulberry Centre help people affected by cancer.

I have chosen this charity in remembrance of my friend Pippa Recaldin who passed away last year after a brave fight against breast cancer.

Pippa Recaldin passed away aged 46 on the 5th October 2009 leaving her loving husband David and three fabulous children Ben-14, Jenny-10 and Sophie-5

I would really appreciate any help you can give the Mulberry Centre as they are an independent charity who rely heavily on charity contributions and fund raising.

The Mulberry Centre offers a free cancer support service to cancer patients, families, carers, friend and those recently bereaved.

Cancer is likely to affect 1 and 3 people so the Mulberry Centre always have people waiting to take advantage of  their services. However it costs £600 per day to provide these free of charge so i would appreciate any donations large or
small.

Your support will get me through the 26miles (not forgetting the .2)!!!
