My story

 

Hi from Lynne,Dave and Sarah and thanks very much for finding time to visit our fundraising page.

At midnight on Saturday June 20th, Lynne and her niece Sarah walked for 13.1 miles to raise as much money as possible for this very worthwhile cause.  We arrived at the finish line at 4.03 am.  

Also on Sunday 12th July, Dave cycled 60 miles on the Manchester to Blackpool Bike Ride. A lovely sunny day!

We would all like to say a massive thank you to everyone who sponsored us and thanks so much for your generosity and for all your good wishes.

Our Fundraising page is still open for donations. So please contribute, no matter how small the amount, it will be massively appreciated by ourselves and Dr Kershaws. Even if its just a few coppers, every penny counts!

With current running costs of the hospice standing at £1.75m per year (that's around £4700 per day) - the hospice are extremely grateful of every contribution made.
