I am walking the Great Wall of China in October 2008 with Ruth Squire to raise money for the Bowel & Cancer Research charity. We are doing this in memory of our friend Penny Rogers who died in Feb 2007 after a 3 year battle against bowel cancer. Penny was one of the fittest & healthiest people I knew before the cancer & if it could happen to her it could happen to any of us.

The trek will last 6 days & involves up to 8hrs walking per day so will be very challenging. I am paying for the tour cost myself so all the money that you donate will be going to the charity. Please give as generously as you can to this very worthwhile cause.
