As you can see I have worn out my running shoes, so I have taken up cycling!!!!

I am about to embark on a 350 mile cycling challenge from Ho Chi Min City in Vietnam to Siem Reap in Cambodia with my youngest daughter Caitlin, to raise much needed funds for HABB.

HABB is the official charity of the Hair and Beauty industry.  They have been helping people associated with the industry, that have become ill or fallen on hard times, since 1852.  At the present time we have 68 children on our register, who without HABB would have a much bleaker life.

I have funded the trip for both Caitlin and myself and therefore ALL of your donations will go to HABB.

I had the privelage of being the President of HABB in 2009.
