Thank you so much for visiting my justgiving site, which I hope will allow me to raise sufficient money (£3,100) to take part in a seven day cycle ride through South Vietnam and Cambodia to raise money for the charity Women for Women which is administered by the Institute of Obstetrics and Gynaecology Trust.  This charity cycle ride is going to be a real challenge for me as I had never even owned a bicycle until two years ago, but I am very determined to complete both the fundraising and the 400 Kms, despite all the effort and training hardships, as it is such a fantastic charity. 

I know that the current economic situation is causing problems for everyone, which is why I am asking for help from as many people as possible : as the saying goes, "Every little helps !", and anything you can contribute will be very much appreciated, along with a message. All my messages and cards came in my saddlebag on the first challenge (Jordan 2009) and gave me a huge boost when the going was toughest.
