Given I am seriously scared stiff of heights and I have had both of my knee caps removed you may wonder why I am planning to jump out of a plane with Mark Coffer and co at Towergate North London.

A few weeks ago a very close friend of mine found out he has terminal cancer. To say this news rocks the foundation of your world is a huge understatement.

But he is showing such massive courage, strength and positive thinking I thought I would join him in his mind set and raise some money for the people that help the people like him.

The jump is on the 3rd June 2008 so think of me on that day.
