Hi!
As you may or may not know, this Sunday (6th July 2008) I will be running the Asics British 10k London Run on behalf of Middlesex Association for the Blind (MAB). As you may have gathered from the race title it is 10 kilometres long (6.2 miles). I have always enjoyed running but have not trained for a long time, this will be a real test!
The Middlesex Association for the Blind aims to support people who are blind, partially sighted and deaf/ blind, to lead independent lives. The Association achieves this through the local provision and delivery of a range of high quality services, advice, information and training to people across nine London Boroughs. It is a fantastic charity, if you would like to find out more please visit:-

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Middlesex Association for the Blind gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
So please sponsor me, no amount is too small, any money I raise will go a long way.
Thank you very much, I will let you all know how I get on!
Elliot
