The Elifar Foundation aims to help improve the quality of life of disabled children and adults by making grants for specialised equipment, therapies, respite or adaptations, which cannot be funded by statutory means.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Elifar Foundation will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

It is our aim to climb Snowdon and return to base camp in less than three hours - wearing suitably comical and restrictive attire! We have a fine collection of Penguins, Giraffe's and a range other larger than life characters ready for the challenge.

This is no marathon - but a test of pride and self respect - all of which sacrificed for a very worthy cause.
