Stephanie Moore MBE set up the Bobby Moore Fund in partnership with Cancer Research UK, following the death of her husband, Bobby Moore, from bowel cancer. The Bobby Moore Fund is now a leader in the fight against bowel cancer, funding research that’s helping more people to survive than ever before.

Here we will work for eleven days to renovate the Tubusis Primary School, which has 275 learners, and is situated to the immediate west of the Erongo mountain range and about 50km to the north of the small town of Karibib.</div> <div dir="ltr">&nbsp;</div> <div dir="ltr">Tubusis Primary School consists of 8 classrooms, plus a pre-primary rooms and a library. Although the school buildings are in reasonably good shape structurally, they are in need of general need of repairs, and&nbsp;&nbsp;the building that houses the pre-primary room and the library stands separately to the rest of the school, and is in a really bad condition.&nbsp;</div> <p dir="ltr">The work carried out&nbsp;at the school by the Bobby Moore Fund will include:</p> <p dir="ltr">Renovation of the pre-primary classroom and library which are in a poor condition with broken ceilings, empty window panes, a lack of furniture and a dire lack of books</p> <p dir="ltr">Renovation of the girls&rsquo; hostel, including replacing broken basins and cisterns</p> <p dir="ltr">Building sports facilities, including a football field</p> <p dir="ltr">This will be my 7th project for The Bobby Moore Fund and all of them are dedicated to my wonderful Dad who sadly died of cancer in 2002. My promise to him was to raise as much money as possible for Cancer Research.......................so here I am yet again!!</p> <div dir="ltr"><strong>I will also be taking part in Manchester Shine April 17th 2010 and Cardiff Shine 25th Sept 2010, a 26 mile walk through the city at night and Cardiff half marathon in October<span style="color: #ff00ff;">.</span></strong></div> <div dir="ltr"><strong><br /></strong></div> <div dir="ltr">Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
