On Thursday 26th June, World record holding professional golfer Glenn Turner will play four 18-hole rounds of golf on Golf's Longest Day.

But these aren't just any old rounds of golf! Glenn will start at dawn in Northern Ireland at Royal Portrush before moving on to Royal Troon in Scotland, Royal St David's in Wales and he will finish in England, on one of the North West's most prestigious courses, the location of which will be announced shortly.

At each course Glenn will be joined by a sporting personality or celebrity and to make the best of all the available light, helicopters that have been generously donated for the event, will be used to make the dash from course to course!

The entire event will be filmed by Pulse8 Media and a one-hour highlights programme of the event will be produced for Sky Sports and shown in July so you'll get to see the outcome!

This is an epic quest and one for which Glenn needs your support now, so please give as much as you can to help us raise a huge amount for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor this unique event: Macmillan Cancer Support gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
