We seek to see people's lives being changed for good and forever as they are released from poverty, trauma and exploitation, and receive eternal life through the saving power of Jesus Christ.

Story

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page!
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Blythswood Care gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

Young people leaving orphanages often end up living on the streets.  They receive very little education or training in life skills in the orphanages and struggle to find work and somewhere to live.  The Daniel Centre, near Cluj-Napoca, offers a home to 8 and 12 boys and helps fill many of the social, emotional and educational gaps in their lives. There they are helped with literacy, numeracy and basic life skills and can learn building trades, mechanics, animal husbandry and horticulture. This equips them for full-time employment or further education.

David and Joy Spriggs are good friends of ours who work at the Daniel centre and we would like to do something to support them. They can do more with financial support and this is one way that we can all make a difference to some young Romanian lives - please look at the Blythswood website and at the Daniel centre link and if that encourages you to sponsor us we would be delighted........as would our sore muscles and blisters!! Maybe a before and after picture is called for!

We really appreciate your support and if you want to walk with us even better....xxx

So please sponsor us now!
