Thanks for taking time out to visit my fundraising page and hopefully donating!
Here is a bit of information on what I am doing and what your donations will be going towards.
As many of you probably know I was adopted from , a small country found in . I was one of the lucky ones. Latest figures suggest that one child is abandoned every four days. Unfortunately this is the case in most of the countries in that area of the world.
On January the 12th I am going to be flying out to , a country that borders in conjunction with a Christian charity called Latin Link, specializing in sending volunteers out to . There I will be working on a project called 'El Castillo', in the capital which is run by a charity called Toybox. The project runs a number of homes for street children; this is where I will be working until I return on the 2nd September having spent just over 8 months out there.
Obviously I am working as a volunteer and as such any expenses that I have, I have to raise the money for myself. I have a large amount already bit there is still a way to go. With your help, I hope I can reach it.
