Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
I am raising money for Save the Children.
A circular challenge walk, the Three Peaks of Yorkshire visits the three highest peaks in Yorkshire - Pen-y-ghent (694 m), Whernside (736 m), and Ingleborough (723 m). The total distance is just under 25 miles with a total climb of 1625 m.
I aim to complete this is less than 12 hours as well as raise as much as possible for Save the Children
In 2007 I was privileged to visit Save the Children projects in Calcutta giving me personal experience of the benefit that even small amounts of money can make. Money made from this challenge will be split equally between Save the Children global programmes (supported by Reckitt Benckiser) and Save the Children in the UK.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It's also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Save the Children gets your money faster and, if you're a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
So please sponsor me now!
