As some of you will be aware, myself and John will be aiming to complete twelve challenges between September 2011 and September 2012.
One of the charities we are raising money for is Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY). On the 24th May 2008 a very good friend of ours, Matt Wallbank died from Sudden Adult Death Syndrome (SADS).
In the days and months afterwards CRY offered amazing support and information as to why and how, to his family and friends.
