Barclays Wheels For Change 2018 · 7 September 2018 ·

The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

Hi and thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Many of you will be aware that I always try and do at least one Charity event every year and this year I will be taking part in Wheels For Change a 100 km / 63 mile cycle ride in London and South Essex. Also to make this more of a challenge, I will be completing it on a Hybrid bike (Half road/Half mountain) which will be harder than a pure road bike.

I am raising money for the Princes Trust, a great charity that helps support young people get started in life. They help them but getting them in to education, jobs, and training. They support a lot of young people who also have just come out of care, have mental health issues or may have been in trouble with the law. They help to support them and give then a 2nd chance at life that they may not have got another way.

Don't forget also that Barclays will be matching my fundraising £4£ so every £1 you give will be worth £2 to the charity.  So please dig deep and give generously.

Many thanks.
