We are the students who received the scholarships provided by the Durham Palestine Educational Trust this year. Riham is taking an MA in Financial Management and Mahmoud an MSc in New and Renewable Energy and Environmental Engineering. Because we know the tremendous value of these scholarships to Palestine and to Palestinians, we want to help the Trust to finance next year’s scholarships.

So, we are taking part in the Trust’s Sponsored Walk over a 12-mile route in Swaledale, North Yorkshire on Sunday 29 June. We have never done a sponsored walk but we hope we will survive it. We hope to raise £500 for the Trust and make a real contribution to its fantastic efforts on behalf of Palestinians over the last 25 years. We would be very, very grateful if you could help us by sponsoring our efforts.
